At Griswold Home Care, we offer a variety of home care, elder care, & disability care services. Our services include, personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, & dressing, cooking, cleaning, meals, & errands, as well as personal companionship, gardening, visiting friends, and much, much more.

About Us

At Griswold Home Care of Plano, our mission is to bring caregivers who can provide outstanding home care services. Griswold Home Care allows seniors to stay in the home that they love, while maintaining their independence, but without compromising their safety or quality of life.

Caregivers can provide services that include helping seniors with activities such as bathing, personal hygiene, transfers/ambulation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, incidental transportation/accompaniment, conversation, reading, mentally stimulating activities, and many other custom senior care services.

The caregivers can be experienced in dealing with a wide variety of conditions such as Alzheimers & dementia, neuromuscular conditions, post-surgery or rehab needs, fall-risk patients, and adults with a wide range of other disabilities or assisted living needs.

We work to establish a very flexible care schedule, including as little as 4 hours/day to full 24/7 Live-In care. Our service area includes Plano and surrounding communities across the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Please contact us to schedule a no obligation/free in-home assessment.

Griswold has exceeded our expectations. We changed to Griswold because we were not happy with other agencies in the past. Griswold staff did not hesitate to begin care, answer our questions or make us feel we were bothering them in anyway. They are very welcoming! Gorden is fantastic! He takes wonderful care of my husband and is very helpful in the home. When Gorden was not able to be with my husband, the staff was quick to find a replacement. The replacement caregiver was as wonderful as Gorden.

I will definitely recommend to everyone. The reviews I read online were very good and I agree that the service is well worth it. We loved Esther (our ongoing caregiver)- she spoiled us very much with her care and attention to detail! The office staff has been very nice and helpful.. It was a pleasure to work with Doug and Beth.

We have dealt with other agencies in the past but Griswold Home Care- Plano exceeded our expectations. We used Griswold to care for my wife when I was having 2 surgeries. The follow up after my first surgery was excellent and consistent. They stayed in touch to make sure all was well after the second surgery and complications. The care for my wife during my recovery was wonderful. We had a peace of mind that Valerie was in good hands and the office had everything under control while I was recovering.

Terry, the caregiver, makes my husband smile and so comfortable! They will laugh together and it takes away from his pain for a little bit. She is a complete Angel- not sure what I would do with out her! The office staff are kind and compassionate. They will answer any questions I have. They were wonderful when my husband first came home and setting up the services- made it a smooth transition during a very hard time.
