It's my mother that they take care of. I work full-time, so the fact that I don't have to worry about my mother while I'm at work or sleeping is the biggest thing. They feed her, clothe her, bathe her, and do just everything. The biggest thing for me is they sit there and have a conversation and let my mom know that she's a human, not just a customer.
