Extremely pleased with Christi from Granny Nannies! Very intuitive person. I spent 1 night in hospital after major neck surgery - husband was able to go home and de-stress. I barely started to move and Christi was there to help. She also kept the lights dimmed so I could rest. I highly, highly recommend Nanny Grannies. I introduced her and the company every chance I got. And still do. Thank you, Granny Nannies!! You really lowered my stress!!!!!!

Granny Nannies has helped us out with my parent's care and even stepped in on an emergency basis this week very quickly to help us in an emergency situation. I feel very comfortable knowing they are taking care of my Mom or Dad when I can't be there. Top of the line caring is what you will get!

I can't say enough about how pleased I have been with my interactions with Granny Nannies. My father had a stroke recently and needed 24 hour care. I engaged Granny Nannies to help with that care. Everyone I dealt with were professional, kind and caring. Charene, the owner was one of the most detailed and organized people I have met in a long time. The women who worked with my father, Justina and Cherry were just nice people who did a great job. They went over and above interacting with my Dad. I highly recommend this company!

Once my parents finally gave in to the need for assistance with our mother that would help lift the daily concern of her needs off Dad, we called on Granny Nannies of NT & everyone was pleased with the level of care provided! More importantly our mother, who was very uncomfortable with having a “stranger” in the home and couldn’t grasp onto what to do with someone (aka how to “entertain” someone) being with her for the day. The owner, staff and caregivers provided prompt service each time we called upon them - treating each call with an amazing sense of urgency. The level of care provided was always with a touch of dignity, comfort, sense of humor, compassion, knowledge ... very importantly for the family was the peace of mind that our parents were in good and trustworthy hands! My family remains forever grateful to Granny Nannies of NT for their professionalism and loving care, and we highly recommend their services!!

We have been using Granny Nannies since January of 2019. I can not speak highly enough about this place. I ran scheduling for a home health agency and staffing, and it is hard to schedule, much less also find good people who are trustworthy and hardworking. Somehow they manage to find exceptional people and must train them well! They make every effort to be consistent in who comes to your home. We literally had the same person for the first 4 months, then when she went on vacation, I was worried, but her replacements were amazing too! Each employee looked for how to help me, offering things they could do, I didn't have to ask. They are bright, professional, on time, hardworking, and diligent. I am absolutely blown away at what a good job Nancy and Charene do. THANK YOU for making a difficult season of caring for an aging parent easier!

I was so amazed at the prompt response and the attention that was taken on what I was looking for and very detailed with answering my questions & concerns. I can not express enough gratitude to Charene & Nancy with Granny Nannies. Myself & family felt very at ease with the process and I highly recommend the company.

Very professional service, willingly assist you with things you are not capable of doing for yourself.Keep you in good spirits by being positive and finding things to laugh about. Assist you in doing work on the tablet or phone as needed to keep up with bills ect.
