I reached out to Granny Nannies looking for care for both of my parents. We needed next day care for my mom because was getting out of surgery. I have had experience with many other home health agencies in Dallas with no luck. The staff at granny nannies dallas went above and beyond to make sure there would be someone there with them the very next day. I can’t say enough about the owner Charene, you can really tell she cares about her clients and isn’t just after your dollar. The caregivers who are working with my parents are very flexible and have completely won over my normally stubborn parents. You won’t find better home health in the area with as much professionalism as them. Will continue to recommenced. Thank you so much charene and team.

Granny Nannies worked out very well for our family. The caregivers were experienced and developed relationships well. The company was responsive to feedback and helpful with changing schedules.

I loved working for this company. If they had an office where I'm moving to I would transfer. I love all the management team, they always work with the staff when scheduling and training. They all stayed intact during Covid19. I couldn't have ever worked for a better organization!

I cannot say enough about how good they are. My mom is in memory care and Granny Nannies provides an additional level of care for her. They go above and beyond with what they do and provide for her. The girls that are with my mom are fantastic and I trust them completely. During this unprecedented time they have gone above and beyond to keep me informed. They call me personally with updates or to just let me talk to her. This has been awesome since I am not allowed in the facility to see her. I have received incredible support from the office staff as well. Nancy and Kami are always available to talk with me. They never make you feel like a nuisance or that you are an inconvenience. They keep you very well informed about all that goes on. Several of the girls have become like family. Again I cannot say enough about how fantastic Granny Nannies is.
