Overall very good. Some of our caregivers were not a good match for our needs , but the administrative office was quick to make necessary adjustments to give us the care level we needed

You have a wonderful company with a lot of love & compassion. The caregivers seem to care really about their clients. However; after several years now they tend to become complacent & don’t take their job as serious as from the start & lack initiative. I am very thankful for all they do & express that often to each one. It’s hard for my father to frequently see new caregivers, personalities, ect....

I’m writing this for my mother who uses Griswold for drivers and visual assistance due to my mother’s limited vision. Most employees are excellent and do their job very well. There has been one or two that we’re not attentive to her when walking and in the grocery store assisting. Overall we love Griswold! Awesome owners and staff. Have been using Griswold for about 5 years now. Thank you for your amazing care!!

We’ve been very happy with Griswold home care. If there is ever any sort of issue it’s taken care of quickly and with care.

We were very satisfied with their quality of care and expertise, and would highly recommend them to other families. Our main caregiver was named April and she was wonderful to work with. Wonderful. Phyllis Edwards was chosen to be the caregiver for my mother and it became so much more as they are friends now and always will be. Phyllis went above and beyond of what is expected of just a caregiver. She is awesome and with out her, my mom would not have done so well. Griswald was also there as we needed anything and questions always answered. Thank you for everything!!
