We are a privately owned and operated home care agency serving the needs of elders on the South Shore of Massachusetts. Community Home Care is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards, Boston and the Department of Public Health, Norwell.
Our wide range of services makes it possible to provide the best possible care, allowing our clients to maintain a quality lifestyle, and to remain in their homes with dignity. We are proud to be relationship based not just task based.
Our owner/administrator, Ann Bragdon, enjoyed a long career as a case manager with the Massachusetts Department of Elder Affairs. She was nominated for, and received the Governors Massachusetts Home Care Award in recognition of her service and devotion to improving the quality of life for countless seniors in Massachusetts.
