Meet Dwayne and Sonya Rogers, owners of SYNERGY HomeCare of Fort Mill.
With a wealth of experience and education, they bring a refreshing approach to home care.

Both are military veterans. Dwayne Dwayne is a civil engineering officer in the North Carolina Air National Guard and Sonya is an Army Reserve veteran.

Sonya Rogers, who has degrees in technical management and medical administration, and will lead the day-to-day operations of the company. She believes the firms unrivaled work ethic will be a key differentiator in the community.

Dwayne Rogers, who graduated from the University of North Carolina Charlotte with a Mechanical Engineering Degree and has an MBA from Northeastern University, currently works as an engineer for Corning Optical Communication and will provide operational oversight for the company.
